What should I bring?

1. ID – Must show proof of 21 + 2. Beverages – Beer, Cider, Wine, Spiked Seltzer (2-3 per person). NO GLASS OR HARD ALCOHOL ALLOWED. Forget a beverage? No worries! Arrive a few minutes early so you can grab off-sale from Fargo Brewing. 3. $ to tip Pilot – Not required, but appreciated!
How many people can ride?

Our bike holds up to 14 people! 12 pedaling passengers and 2 riders.
Will the bike be present at bar close?

No. All tours will conclude one-hour after sunset.
When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so we can make sure you get all 2 hours of your tour! If you arrive extra early, we encourage you to stop by Fargo Brewing!
Where does it start?

Our tours will start and end at Fargo Brewing - 610 N University Dr, Fargo, ND 58102.
Will riders be required to show ID?

Yes. All riders consuming alcohol will be required to provide a valid driver’s license. We plan to require all our pilots to undergo server training in an effort to ensure noone onboard is overconsuming.
Are helmets provided or encouraged?

While helmets are not required or provided they are welcomed, especially for young riders.
What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine! Full or partial cancellations due to severe weather will be determined at the time of tour by management. You will be notified if your tour will be cancelled due to weather. Do not assume your tour is cancelled unless contacted by management. If management cancels due to weather while you are on tour, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on when the tour is cancelled. If your group decides not to ride based on current weather conditions, you will not receive a refund. You will be given the option to cancel if temps are below 30 degrees or above 100 degrees. Please plan and dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions.
What are the hours of operation? Seasons?

We plan to offer bookings and tours seven-days a week. Times may vary however all tours will conclude one-hour after sunset. We hope to operate at least 6-8 calendar months out of the year.
Is this a family friendly activity?

Certainly! Riders ages 10+ are welcomed if accompanied by an 18+ adult with a private booking. All public ‘mixer’ rides will be age 21+. Stay tuned for other family friendly events!
Will riders sign a liability waiver?

Yes, riders will sign a waiver at the time of booking.
Where will your routes take you?

Routes will be contained to areas north of Interstate 94, east of University Drive, and south of 19th Avenue North. We plan to contain our routes to streets where slower traffic is anticipated.
Will you utilize bike lanes?

We prefer to keep bike lanes open for cyclists as our vehicle will be a total of 14’ in length and equivalent to the size of a full sized SUV.
How many pilots will accompany each ride?

Each ride will be accompanied by one, well-trained, pilot aged 21+ with a valid driver’s license. Count on our pilots to be your 'Beerless Leader'! Only Fargo Pedal Tours employees will be permitted to drive the vehicle.
Can riders jump on at any time?

No. Reservations are required and each tour will start and end at a designated location.
Do I tip my driver?

Tips are always appreciated. If you had a great time, a standard service industry tip of 15-20% is customary. Our pilots take cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to all private bookings with custom routes.
What is the cancellation policy?

We are more than happy to reschedule your tour or individual seats if we are given at least one weeks’ notice.
